Manchester & District Golf Alliance
Many of our members will be aware that the MDGA ( Alliance ) run inter Club Knock Out Competitions for Gentlemen, Ladies and Junior teams.
Fewer perhaps will know that the Alliance also runs weekly competitions on Wednesdays from September to May. These are open to any player from a member Club of which Sale G.C. is one
The fixtures for 2010 - 11 have now been published and are attached. These are a combination of Betterball , Teams and Mixed.
Fuller details of each competition and how to enter are posted in the Clubhouse around 2 / 3 weeks before each fixture.
You can support our membership of the Alliance by considering entering just one competition and there are opportunities to play some excellent venues at competitive rates.
In recent years we have won the Foursomes Knockout.
Maybe we could win a Winter Competition.
